About us

We are looking for

Affinity Bridge is seeking an intermediate-senior level project manager who enjoys building client relationships, questioning and synthesizing client and stakeholder business needs, and leading teams in the design and development of solutions that engage audiences. If you are a technical project manager who thrives when working in the online space, enjoys a dynamic environment, and grasps new ideas quickly, we would like to hear from you.

About you

You'll work directly with our agency’s UX strategists, designers and developers in partnership with a diverse range of non-profit and social impact organizations to manage client expectations, as well as keep budgets and timelines on track. You have excellent relationship management skills to keep teams connected, deliver projects on time, and develop lasting client partnerships. You can map out and successfully manage projects, seeing both the forest and the trees - and knowing when each deserves attention. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile methodology. In your role, you will be responsible for understanding the client’s needs, while also managing scope and sprints.
